Hello all...long time browser...first time poster...

I recently used the startup tool to remove most everything that was listed...computer is very sluggish now...internet download speed (cable) has slowed almost to dial-up speed...I'm thinking I removed some things from the startup list that should not have been removed...lesson learned! I've tried finding information on what needs to be running at startup...but have found nothing so far...I have no idea how to recover any of the items I removed...Can anyone help?
