If I had a laptop that ran Vista (better specs) and a desktop that ran XP (lower specs), which one should I use as the client (the one that connects) and host (the one that doesn't connect, runs locally). The XP desktop has a really good keyboard and mouse combo, while the laptop has just a touchpad. If I wanted to use the keyboard on vista, would I have to use XP as the host and vista as client?
