Can I delete this file safely?

Hi,
I have had a problem with popups and a troj agent.okd virus today. I have PC-cillin on my PC and it tells me that it has detected this virus in a file called retadpu2000219.exe which is in my C:\Windows folder. Is it safe to delete this file?

You should submit a complete hijackthis log [here].

Yes you need to delete that file but like fireyone said, its best if you post a hijackthis log. :)\
