Don't and haven't used any torrents as yet but seems shady tactics are being used to entrap people who do.

They have been doing this for a long time. (maybe not the site thing but they have been putting out fake torrents).
I don't blame them for doing this, I would try to keep people from stealing from me too.

I have more of a problem with them killing internet radio and putting DRM on stuff I buy legally.
