Hi when i run Registry Issues it finds 94 issues but when i press fix issues it runs through and says it has done it but if i re run it all the same entries come back. Most of the entries are from Google Earth

Registry Issues result after run is The COM component CLSID\{E21BE468-5C18-43EB-B0CC-DB93A847D769} references an invalid CLSID. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.

Solution: Delete the registry value.

Why is it not removing them ??

Are you using XP or vista?

If xp try here,

If vista, try right clicking on CCleaner desktop icon and choosing run as admin.

This tip does not make any difference in my case. I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit and have the same problem. CCleaner finds 103 registry errors, but right after fixing them and scanning again, all 103 are still there.

I'd say CCleaner is not compatible with Vista (64bit) but on the other hand, no cleaner available does what it's suppose to do with this OS.

Sure hope it'll be fixed in the near future.
