Which setting do i change in order for my computer to turn off all internet networks on shutdown?

I guess you could disable your network adapters before you shut down.. but you would have to re-enable them when you start back up though. Unless your using wireless you could just turn off your network card if the pc has a switch.(most internal ones do)
