CCleaner on Vista 64bit Ultimate

I've been using this program since it first came out so I know how good it works.

My problem is that by default it doesn't include this directory "C:\Users\Derek\AppData\Local\Temp"

As you can see from the attached screenshot it doesn't delete those files at all. Even if I choose Run as Administrator. Shouldn't CCleaner clean that default folder also that's used as a temp folder for applications etc? The only way to do this right now is to add a custom folder but I shouldn't have to since this is a default temp folder.
