CCleaner will clean ALL your Opera cookies. So any sites you have logged into, like forums or banking, you will have to log in again. CCleaner doesn't let you save some Opera cookies from being cleaned, it's all or nothing. CCleaner does let let you save IE and Firefox cookies but not Opera yet.

The good thing about opera is that at least it will remember your passwords. So even if you do delete your cookies you can just press the wand thing and it will log you in.(firefox and IE will too but CCleaner will keep cookies for those if you tell it to)
