Can't Attach Files in Emails anymore?!

Hi,

Right after I ran CCleaner I found that I could no longer attach files in any of my email accounts (gmail, yahoo). The standard page that suggests changing my browser settings always pops up as soon as I hit "attach" in yahoo, and in gmail I get IE msg "oops... the system was unable to perform your operation (error code 008). Please try again in a few seconds."

Has anyone heard of this before? Any suggestions on fixing it? I was thinking reinstall IE? (I'm running version 6.0.2900).

Nevermind! I just realized the file is 10.1 MB which is too big! Silly me.
