Hi guys, before I go any further I have asked this question on other forums, but so far I haven't found the answer. My Disk drive shows what I can only describe to be a no entry sign over the icon. This is not allowing me to use the drive. If I plug an mp3 play into the computer it also shows the no entry sign. I am currently using Vista and recently used CCleaner and did an Issue scan. I deleted all the issues and created a back up. Everything seemed to be running OK, but didn't check the drives. However since then I have permanently deleted my backup. I'm not sure if this is the cause, but would love as much help as possible to resolve this issue...

Thanks in advance...
