I have been running CCleaner under Windows XP, so I am very familiar with it. I recently switched to Vista Ultimate (32 Bit). I have found that typed URL's in Internet Explorer 7 are not removed when I run CCleaner.
In CCleaner, under "Windows->Internet Explorer", all check boxes are checked. When it runs, IE still shows any URL's I typed into the address bar.
Is this a known issue? I have seen this problem posted by other users, but I did not find a response.

I've seen this too.
The best option is just to disable autocomplete if you don't want past sites coming up in the address bar/search bars. Tools>internet option>content.
Then where it says autocomplete click settings and uncheck all of the boxes you don't want to show old data.
I know its not exactly a fix but thats one way.
