Vista-Program closes before cleaning.

Probably been mentioned before, but it's getting annoying.

Using Vista Home Premium 32 bit and a lot of the time CC Cleaner will start to work, then just close down and exit without doing any cleaning.

Try either of these two things ..

Use normal deletion instead of secure (it's a bug)

In options -advanced make sure close program after cleaning is not checked

Ah, I was wondering why that was happening.
