Can this program remove phantom entries in add/remove programs? If so, how?
Thank you.

Try going into the tools section, see if it is listed there, highlight, and press uninstall.

Also you could try TeakUI one of Microsofts PowerToys.

I presume you have done the install/uninstall routine and cleared all instances from the registry?

Welcome to the forum by the way rfalter :)

Thanks for the welcome. Removed every trace but entry remains. A few people have mentioned Tweak UI, I have it, but can't seem to find a spot to remove the entry. Any suggestions appreciated.

Try the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove the phantom entries:

If you just want to remove the uninstall reference from add remove programs, you can use CCleaner:
Click 'Tools', 'Uninstall', select the offending entry, click 'Delete Entry'

Remember this will "'NOT'" uninstall or remove any leftover files related to the program, it will "'ONLY'" remove it from the add/remove programs list.
