I'm currently experincing difficulty downloading CCleaner for my computer. I get as far as running the program and then nothing else appears. No download is available on to continue or anything. I'm running Windows xp, Enternet Explorer 7 and AVG. I have currently update my microsoft updates just in case I had a corrupted file and no help there. Please advise.

Welcome to the CCleaner Forum!
Where do you download it from? Try to download it from here http://www.CCleaner....oad/builds.aspx
Download the slim version if you want CCleaner in English, or the basic version if you want another language than English. Download it to somewhere on your disk (e.g. C:\My Download Files), then use Windows Explorer to run it from there.
Let us know if you still have problems.

Have you used CCleaner before Augusto?
Are you choosing SAVE ( this is the correct option) when you try to download?
