FranceBB
Hi, I have done a defragmentation with defraggler on my windows xp pro, 32bit service pack 2. It took about 3 days in order to perform a full defrag and my fragmentation % was 41% after and then 40%. Now... I tried to run several defragmentations but percentage is still locked on 40%. I also tried a boot time defrag without success and a checkdisk wasn't helpful... I tried to fix all registers bug either, but nothing worked, still 40% fragmentation percentage on my 300 GB HDD sata 3... What can I do?
Moderators Nergal Posted January 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2015 Delete old restore points and pagefiles then defrag ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. login123
Those two little links at the bottom of the posts generate several popups here on this xp system. Probably spam. The CCleaner SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-) Pssssst: ... It isn't really a cloud. Its a bunch of big, giant servers.
