Unable to download updates to CCleaner

Hi.

CCleaner keeps telling me that an update is available and asking would I like to download it.

When I respond in the affirmative, it appears that the download starts and progresses to something less than 60% and then stops.

Nothing downloaded, nothing installed.

How do I manually download updates to CCleaner Pro?

I've been to the supposed CCLeaner download web-page and it provides ZERO guidance.

Thanks.

if you download/install the free version (from the download page) over your pro version it will stay registered as the pro; however, it may be better to get at the cause of the download stall.

This is a forum made up of volunteers, and by buying the pro version, you are entitled to priority support from the developers by contacting them through the support site. However, if you'd, for whatever reason, like to continue here in this thread we, forum members, may be able to suss out the reason.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Support at https://support.ccleaner.com/s/?language=en_US

Pro users file a PRIORITY SUPPORT via email support@ccleaner.com

Hi Nergal,

If you have installed a 3rd party download manager into your web browser, try disabling it and then downloading Ccleaner.

Uh what? I have no such issue. I don't report any problems.

Hi Nergal,

I posted this some time ago, and just saw that there was a response.  I've never run anything but Pro.

I'm guessing that I simply don't know how to contact support to resolve the issue.

I saw a post in the forum that helped me to get the update to run successfully.  Apparently there is a compatibility issue with Malwarebytes.
