Moderators mta Posted March 7, 2016 Moderators Share Posted March 7, 2016 who can say on what grounds MS thinks those programs are incompatible, but as @hazelnut says, simply reinstalling them works and the programs are back to being fully functional. go figure. Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. In particular if they're not signed using 256-bit which some software is moving too. But of course if they were 256-bit older OSes like XP would deem them invalid.
