CCLeaner crash when attepting to erase firefox history

My guess is (without looking at the file, I tend not to download random dropbox files) firefox is not properly closing on the machine.

Please run ccleaner in /debug mode and post only the resulting log, containing the crash. The only sensitive information in the log should be your username just use a text editor and change sensitive information to mqpo

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

I've attached the original installation log for version 26.

 

Since then, firefox was upgraded to version 28.0 (the last one).

Can you please let me know if you still experiencing the same crashing problems with Firefox v28?

 

Of course I do.

new version 4.13 release April 24, have you tried this one to see if your issue has been addressed?
