How do I stop CCleaner from deleting the IE Frequent site blocks?

Every time I run CCleaner it removes all the information that Internet Explorer uses to fill in the "blocks" of frequently accessed sites.  I am running W8.1 so I am using the latest version of IE.  Is there some way to stop this behavior?  I kind of like the feature and get annoyed each time I run CCleaner and have to wait for several days for IE to rebuild the site blocks.

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I finally posted issue on EightForums and got an answer in a few minutes.  My "problem" had nothing to do with Cookies but with the IE History Log.  Turn off delete history in IE and/or CCleaner and the frequent blocks remain unchanged.
