siliconman01
You forgot the bar | prior to the file name on each of the FileKey lines. It looks to me like you need just one FileKey entry by using a wildcard *.chm Filekey1=%WinDir%\Help\nvcpl\|*.chm BE SURE to run an "analyze" to check your code before you run a "clean" Windows 10 x64 Pro on ASUS Maximus VIII Extreme motherboard, i7-6700k CPU,H220 X2 Liquid Cooler, 64 gbyte RipJaws DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 970 Pro NVMe M.2 500 gbyte SSD + Samsung 850 Pro 512 gbyte SSD, EVGA RTX 3060 Titan graphics card (Home Built System); Windows 11x64 Pro on 512 gigabyte Dell XPS 15 2-in-1 Laptop/tablet and Dell XPS 8940 PC. zopiclone
Thanks i found it *.chm does not match the needs this one does: FileKey1=%WinDir%\Help\nvcpl|*ara.chm;*chs.chm;*cht.chm;*csv.chm;*dan.chm;*deu.chm;*ell.chm;*esm.chm;*esn.chm;*fin.chm;*heb.chm;*hun.chm;*ita.chm;*jpn.chm;*kor.chm;*nld.chm;*nor.chm;*plk.chm;*ptb.chm;*ptg.chm;*rus.chm;*sky.chm;*slv.chm;*sve.chm;*tha.chm;*trk.chm it keeps standard.chm and ENGlish.chm and (for me) FRAncais.chm i really dont need Turkish or Sweden or Arabic ones. Thank for answer (i forgot to use the pipe)
Moderators mta Posted December 14, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 14, 2014 I think the OP can't use the wildcard as there are 3 CHM files that aren't to be included. As a side note, are there any implications in using WINAPP1 instead of WINAPP2 ? Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. Moderators Nergal Posted December 14, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 14, 2014 Winapp1 will replace all inbuilt rules and show only the rules listed in winapp1 ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
