Hello there,

I'm curently trying to install CCleaner by deployment at our client, only one problem with it, i cannot disable the monitoring from installation, i have to open CCleaner every time to disable this.

is there a statement when installing (I'm currently using: setup.exe /S) where i can disable this function?

Joost

Hi joost :)

As you are using Ccleaner in a client type situation I assume you must have the paid version.

In that instance you are entitled to support from Piriform directly.

:wacko: i have not read about deactivating the monitoring option in command-line-parameters.

the "normal" install-mode without command-line-parameter you do want not to take? there CCleaner remembers your last settings, even the one not desired by you...

or just have these 2 lines in your .ini file when you deploy.

Monitoring=0
SystemMonitoring=0

Backup now & backup often.

Hi all please wait to see if eindprojectnbc confirms they're using the correct version for distribution to clients via deployment

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
