BSOD when starting CCleaner?

As soon as I start CCleaner, I get a BSOD. Before the fresh install of Windows XP I did today (for unrelated reasons), I had no problems with CCleaner.

I had no other problems with Windows since the install whatsoever.

The log file isn't of much use:
