Moderators mta Posted November 25, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 25, 2015 can you ping your modem/gateway IP address? is your network adapter installed?, enabled? what OS? what does latest version mean, v5.12? (released today) did you ran CC crap removal and/or reg cleaning? have you tried going back to a previous restore point? Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. Moderators hazelnut Posted November 25, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 25, 2015 Have you tried clicking on your taskbar internet icon and then selecting 'disconnect' then close the icon (even if it says connected which it sometimes does on Win 10 when it isn't) Then open up network connections again from the taskbar and select 'connect' next to your router connection name. Moderators hazelnut Posted November 25, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 25, 2015 Go into your Device Manager and look under Network Adapters for your Wi-Fi . Click uninstall and reboot. It should reinstall it. Do not select any other option.
