asalspammer
Is CCleaner safe to use on a solid state hardrive? If so any precautions that need to be taken?
Moderators Nergal Posted February 14, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 14, 2015 Don't use frespace wipe or use any "secure" overwrite method and your SSD will be fine. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators Andavari Posted March 11, 2015 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2015 I wouldn't jump the gun based upon the original posters name, being it's a valid question and hasn't spammed anything.

Moderators Andavari Posted March 11, 2015 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2015 Since the op never returned, and since we're thinking along the lines of it possibly being spammer related this topic is now closed.
