Are you saying the uninstaller isn't working, or that Speccy isn't listed in Programs and Features (Control Panel) i ? Did you perhaps install the portable version ? They (MS) no longer want users to have uninstall in start menu and to have uninstaller run from add/remove programs control panel (which acts exactly the same as ccleaner's uninstall tool). ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
