Frequently modified files

I have noted that Windows log files are often fragmented before Defraggler finishes a large drive. If Log files and frequently fragmented files where relocated to the end of the drive or to the end of the used area and if these files had a buffer space behind them to allow additions without constantly reshuffling adjacent files Defragging would be faster. This would allow defragging to run through the bulk of the drive quickly and only lag on the last area where the frequently modified files are located.
