If I download new CCleaner version, will it delete saved Cookies?

My apologies if this has been asked and answered. I have CCleaner 5.03.5128 on my desktop running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. I have been hesitant to download version 5.10.5373 because I am afraid that I'll have to start all over from scratch picking-and-choosing which cookies to save. This would be a laborious process. Can anyone tell me whether this is the case, and/or how to upgrade without losing my selected cookies? Thanks very much for your help.

Just download the installer to your downloads folder and double - click it.

Ccleaner will install the new build over the top of the old one without losing any of your settings/cookies etc.
