AppleNever01
I upgraded to Windows 10 two weeks ago. I just tried to install a Ccleaner 5.14 upgrade and it won't let me. It says that a file could not be installed. I have never had any problems doing Ccleaner upgrade installs in the past with Windows XP or 7. Any hints on this ? Moderators hazelnut Posted February 8, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2016 Try a clean install. Uninstall version you have and then install Ccleaner from here (if you have anymore problems installing, use the slim build) https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
