I would prefer something with Gutmann method (35 pass) where selective folders can be deleted. Something preferable in C# or C++. I have done a search but sadly due to the nature of what I want an enormous amount of results are nothing more than 'secure data deletion' articles / blogs unrelated to anything I want and don't even remotely mention anything programming related.
