Senofa
I have started a boot time defrag and realized that I don't have time to complete it. How can I abort the defrag and boot into my OS? I have tried doing a hard boot (the risk was necessary due to time constraints) and tried restarting in safe mode, neither prevent the defrag. Thank you in advance for any help that can be given. Moderators Nergal Posted July 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 15, 2015 Honestly by the time anyone got to this thread boot time should have finshed. It's my understanding that boot time is usually almost imperceptibly quick (matter of seconds). ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
