ishan_rulz
What about a GUI for the Winapp2.ini Users can add programs, edit settings, etc. in a much easier way. BTW, can the Winapp2.ini be included in the regular CCleaner version updates? Simplicity is hard.

BTW, can the Winapp2.ini be included in the regular CCleaner version updates? I suggested having a GUI for it a long long time ago. As far as it be included, I doubt it since it is user based entries, and not made by the author. Moderators Nergal Posted December 22, 2008 Moderators Share Posted December 22, 2008 any winapp2.ini addition to the main package would be silly BECAUSE IT WOULD JUST BE EASIER TO PUT IT IN The embedded app. A GUI, IMHO, would not work because each entry is tailored to the exact program it deals with ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
