[Suggestion] Empty Folder Scanner

Often suggested, but many reasons have been provided before why this is a dangerous idea to add to a routine cleaning software like Ccleaner.

A quick run down follows, but do know that the developers read all suggestions, and take into consideration popular and, more importantly, viable ones.

Now a couple reasons the community (disclosure: myself included) has given not to add an empty folder remover.

Not every empty should be removed and may well break certain programs or even Windows itself. So an addition to the normal cleaning section could add major issues from users running the normally safe cleaning the product provides.

It has also been suggested for it to be its own tool (like duplicate finder or registry integrity srction). Like both of those tools have revealed in the aftermath of those released additions, most users don't take the care needed to look at the actual tool and wholesale remove all found items; again this breaks machines and/or programs

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
