maxibarrera
Hi there everybody,First of all, sorry for my poor english, I have not been practicing much lately. Here goes my problem; to itI've erased my old e-mail (gmail) account about a few months ago, my licence key of ccleaner was associated to it, so it's lost indeed. What can i do to recover that, how can i contact ccleaner support (my support account was associated to that email account too) so they can prove my identity or do something to retrieve my licence key. Also, my old credit card, with witch i did the payment no longer exist, and i don't remember any data of it.Thanks people, i'll be waiting for your comments. Moderators Nergal Posted July 28, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 28, 2015 You'll have to contact support directly, but (in my non-associated with the developers opinion) it sounds like you'll have a hard time providing any evidence for the retrieval (they'll need some sort of proof you are who you say you are, and that you are a valid purchaser) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
