In need of help - cannot load youtube.com properly after running CCleaner

Hello, I looked through the possible answers in google but I couldn't find a suitable answer to my problem.

 

My issue is that after I ran the cleaner in CCleaner (I haven't done any changes to its settings) currently I'm unable to load youtube.com

I have attached the file to this post as well.

 

I tried:

 - hard reset on the router

 - sign out - sign in on all devices

 

I read that it is possible to fix if the IP is changed, however I cannot do that because I have a static IP provided by my ISP and they told me they can't change it.

I was wondering if someone here could help me with my problem.

So far I have ran into problem with youtube.com all other sites seem to run fine.

Can you get in thru a public proxy server? http://www.publicproxyservers.com/proxy/list1.html

 

DO NOT enter a password cos the server will then have it.

Yes, but the videos are not loading (suppose this is because of the proxy)

I tried several of the proxy servers you provided (thank you very much for those). And on some it worked fine - it started in jwplayer. 

Also I forgot to mention - I tried system restore also and it did not work.
