Windows update problems

Microsoft recommends to remove a number of updates. They have problems with those updates.

A number of things gave a clue that even MS has problems getting the updates right

- I downloaded the latest stand-alone updates and some had the letters "-v2-" or "-v3-" in the name. It clearly suggests that those updates had to be updated/improved/were a bit buggy.

- the name of the update. The name of the update started with a (comparatively) low KB number. Something was fishy.

- some updates weren't available for downloading

Here an example that Microsoft doesn't get its updates right. It was a second version of the updates. See the blue underlined tekst in the picture attached.

The picture shows part of the installed updates/patches. The addition "v2" shows even MS has problems with Always getting it right the first time around.
