BButler Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Greetings, I am a new forum member but have been using ccleaner for years and it has always worked great. I am running version 4.19.4867 (64-bit) on my win7 64 bit sp1 hp laptop. Each time I begin the analysis it gets to the 23% mark almost immediately and then seems to begin cycling through the same group of files in system temp folder. This lasts at least 40 minutes – sometimes longer, before it eventually completes. My experience is that the analysis used to complete in 2 minutes or less. Something seems to be going on. I have tried rebooting and a fresh install but it seems to make no difference. I have also noticed that ccleaner seems to think that Chrome is still running but the task manager disagrees. I am using the Avast AV tool and have been for many years as well Never had an issue like this with ccleaner. Any thoughts? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
