4TB drive

Hi there.
As far as I know Defraggler can't handle drives or partitions bigger than 2TB. Is this correct?
I've got a few 4 TB HDs, mostly WD green in different cases(Intenso, Toshiba). Defraggler sees the structure and the blocks, but no files to defrag.
Windows Defrag gets it and defrags all drives (even dfrgntfs on an old XP machine).

OS are XP, Win7, all NTFS, USB3 but USB2 mode.
Is there anything I can do besides waiting for future support? Thanx very much...

Try to update your USB3.0 drivers, I had this similar bug where drives didn't get recognized properly. Update your USB3.0 drivers and then restart your computer. I'm assuming that you need Intel's drivers, here's the latest driver for you:

For Intel 7 chipset family: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=21129&lang=eng&ProdId=3467

For Intel 8 chipset family: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22824&lang=eng&ProdId=3467

Chipset Family 8 is for the newest Intel's Haswell processors, and 7 is for older processor models. Make sure you install the right one because you get bsod.

Also remember to check your OS model, because these drivers are comfirmed working only on Windows 7 and up.
