How to clean \cache2\entries in Firefox?

Hi there,

with new version of Firefox I have noticed that CCleaner can clean only few megabyte, something about 13/15 each time I use it, but I have discovered that in "C:\Documents and Settings\culo\Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\e4rgm794.default\cache2\entries" are stores so many megabyte that my free version (4.01.4093) of CCleaner doesn't wipe out.

Is there any way to make CCleaner can clean all these files?

Thank
