mbrcomp
Hello, It is often an issue with AV products that files from OS in the \System Volume Information\_restore area are being kept and thus not being clean. It would be very good if ccleaner could remove those system restore checkpoints as well, not as a default as several PC users may rely on them, but optional. If this suggestion is good enough, please let me know...
Moderators DennisD Posted July 21, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 21, 2014 Hi mbrcomp, and welcome to Piriform. As you say this would have to be optional and user choice only, and if I'm reading your suggestion correctly CCleaner can already do what you require.
