Huh?

I think you need to explain in more detail exactly what you want.

You cannot delete the Registry as it is an essential Windows component.

If you mean the backup file created after doing a Reg Clean from within CC then you need to find the .REG file created by that process, usually found in the My Documents folder.

Backup now & backup often.
It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.
Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
