It happened indeed after I hit the regsitry cleaning tool on the left, the PC crashed before I could select anything to remove.

Found the 1 post, clicked on the link, and got an error msg saying I didn't have permission to view this content and that I wasn't logged in. Soooo, I look up and click on "Sign In" and the error page and my 1 link went away. I believe it brought me back to the discussion pg. not sure now. I'm jst very confused. Hello! I'm a 'Newbie', and an 'at-home tech'. Huge Piriform fan and have most of their products (except Speccy) - and use them all. Recuva proved to be a godsend. The others keep my computer running better than it has for years (yes, it's an old PC). I hope to find a solution to my current download error question and meet a few friends along the way.
